Life Aid Medical offers Free Standard Ground Shipping on all AED's and on any order over $250 within the contiguous United States ! DHL is the national carrier for Life Aid Training.

Return Policy

Merchandise may be purchased from this website by using any one of the payment options offered through this website. lifeaidtraining.org reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice. Any item (within its original, unopened box and packaging and in a condition which may be sold as new) which is returned to our office within thirty (30) business days after the order was made on the website may be eligible for a full refund (excluding any shipping and handling fees).

Course Return Policy

Participants who wish to cancel participation in the BLS or ACLS class are entitled to a refund minus a $10.00 cancelation fee. All sales are final 72 hours prior to a the BLS or ACLS course. For a refund you must send an e-mail to info@lifeaidtraining.org with the subject "Course Refund". Lifeaidtraining.org reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice.
